My rear right wheel sticks out 1 inch more. I have jeep wrangler rubicon 4xe stock without any upgrades. I didn't find the option like on your video. Any other solutions?

I did a similar mod. Used a 3 inch hole saw and punched 3 holes in each vent from the underside. I didn't even take the underhood insulation off. Just went through it as well. Just run the drill backwards while cutting through the insulation. Then forward going through the plastic drip tray of the hood vent. Done in like 15 minutes.

Mine takes 10 clicks on the hand brake lever to hold the wrangler in drive with a touch on the accelerator. There is no slack . I wonder if the drum shoes need adjusting or is this ok?

Here in Duck NC, the jeep community does this as a friendly gesture and welcoming jeeps into their community, most of the duck duck jeep people are very friendly towards other jeeps and will stop traffic to let you pull out in front of them. most people here have their dashboard covered, just other jeeps being friendly
